Allen H. Mattison
 ALLEN H. MATTISON, a 2006 graduate of the Georgetown University Law Center and a 1996 graduate of Washington University in St. Louis, specializes in nonprofit law, with an emphasis on campaign finance, tax and corporate matters. Previously, he was Director of Media Relations for the Sierra Club and worked in communications roles on political campaigns and in the U.S. Senate. He is the author of "Can the New Bankruptcy Law Benefit Debtors, Too?: Interpreting the 2005 Bankruptcy Act to Clean Up the Credit-Counseling Industry and Save Debtors from Chronic Poverty," 13 Georgetown Journal on Poverty Law and Policy (2006).
